Hello, my name is Andrew. I am a Scottish-born sake brewer and guide. I fell in love with sake while living in Japan and have spent the past nine years working in various sake breweries across the country, including in Okayama, Hiroshima, and Hyogo. These opportunities have given me invaluable insight into the industry and a deep appreciation for the many wonders of sake. Through guided tours of Japan's most famous brewing regions, my goal is to share my passion for this wonderful beverage and lift the veil on this fascinating industry.
