Cancellation Policy
- 90% refund if cancelled 3+ weeks before the tour
- 50% refund if cancelled up to 1 day prior to the tour
- No refund for same-day cancellations, except for extreme circumstances
- Full refund or alternative date offered if the host is unable to provide a tour.
Payment Period
Customers are required to pay in full before their scheduled tour date.

Nada Tour West (Kobe) - ¥ 13,000
Nada Tour East (Nishinomiya - ¥ 13,500
Additional Fees
There are no additional fees for our tour. However, transportation to and from the meeting place and finishing place are not included. Additional services provided at the sites we visit may be purchased at the customer's own expense.
